THE KITCHEN

We absolutely love cooking, so a thoughtfully designed kitchen was a must. Just as important- we wanted the Jamper to provide for outdoor cooking. After all, who wants to cook inside when camping or adventuring? The whole point is to be outside.
So after lots of brainstorming and sketching, we came up with the perfect solution. Our galley kitchen is simple and modern. It has everything you need, and none of the extra BS.
It doesn't contain a fridge (because we run on limited solar power. And a good cooler gets the job done). It also doesn't have an oven like some conventional big RVs. A stove top meets all your needs, and it swings out so you can enjoy the views. The sink is gravity fed, with a grey water tank below. With plenty of shelf space and surface area, cooking and organization is a snap.
A bonus to the galley design is that when the cover swings up, it provides shade and protection from rain. We discovered this serendipitous bonus when we were stuck cooking in a downpour outside of Leadville. Fun times.
