We took the Jamper down around Deckers, Colorado the other day just to play outside for the afternoon. Tail-gating with Mother Nature. We whipped up this easy salad for lunch, and it was the perfect antidote for a hot summer day.
I love how James designed the stove top on a swivel, so that it can move out from the galley kitchen. This gives awesome views when cooking!
Simple: grilled chicken. Blueberries. Strawberries. Feta cheese. Sliced almonds. Mixed greens.
For the dressing, I found a great option: "Marie's Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette" in the cold section of the Produce area. It's light and delicious.
